Agreement:This is an agreement between you (the Affiliate Provider) and us, Aussie Skin Care. ("we"), to affiliate market our products or services on our behalf and earn a commission corresponding to the agreed percentage of the price of the first purchase made by the user.

Please Note:Aussie Skin Care general terms and conditions and everything defined in there has to be held as valid. In case of inconsistencies between the two, the Terms and Conditions of Aussie Skin Care Affiliate Program will prevail.

Before Proceeding you Agree to the Following:

- You are at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to affiliate market on our behalf.

- You affiliate market in accordance with applicable law and affiliate marketing best practices, including any opt-out requirements;

- That you will only affiliate market to those individuals who consent to be contacted by you or your affiliate network for affiliate marketing purposes; and, that such consent can be withdrawn at any time.

- That you will affiliate market the products only in a manner that complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to advertising laws, anti-spam legislation, privacy laws, intellectual property laws and regulations.

- You are solely responsible for affiliate marketing materials promoting affiliate offers transmitted through your affiliate link.

Commissionable Earnings: are based on any subject browsing the Internet and coming to Aussieskincare.com.au website and to the Affiliate page via your marketing efforts.

Buyers: refer to any user that has made a purchase in our marketplace from your affiliate link.

​

Affiliate: is any person adhering to Aussie Skin Care Affiliate Program and subject to these Terms and Conditions.

 

Aussie Skin Care: is provider of Minus417 products and services.

How it Works: For each user coming to our marketplace by means of a link or a banner that you have advertised you can earn a provision equal to the agreed percentage on the purchase price of the first product bought by that user.

​

Your Affiliate Link: You will receive an affiliate link (or referral link) that will be automatically generated from your username. You can paste it on your website or use banners with that link and advertise it on your website. This links users coming to the store from your marketing efforts to your account in order to earn commission.

Affiliate Percentage: Affiliate sales commission fees of 12% are paid on net product revenue, which is the price paid by affiliate customers minus shipping and handling charges which we collect on affiliate customer orders.

Cookies: If you have an affiliate link, and your customers are not clearing or allowing cookies in their browser settings - they will be tracked by our system. If this happens, we won't know where the referral came from when a purchase is made on our site! Make sure that if someone clicks through to buy something with one of your links before 3 months has passed (or until these cookies expire), there's no way for us to track them back so it doesn’t affect how much commission gets paid out.

Validity of Right to Provision:  In order to be entitled to commission, users that reach our website shall neither have visited it before, or have a Aussie Skin Care account.

​

Payments: Each provision you earn will be credited to your Aussie Skin Care account, so you allow us to pay provisions to you and credit them to your account. You can require the payment of the credit in your Aussie Skin Care account as soon as you reach the minimum amount of $20.

Payment Methods: Affiliate sales commissions will be paid via Paypal on any eligible product registration that is the result of a sale. Please note that affiliate sales commissions will only be paid out for affiliate orders placed by customers that are first referred by your affiliate link(s). Commissions are paid on the 15th of each month.

​

Cancelled/Returned Orders: If a customer cancels or returns orders, the affiliate sales commissions  will not be paid, if payment has already been paid, the amount will be deducted from the following months commission.

​

Indemnity: You agree to hold harmless and indemnify us and our affiliate partners for any affiliate sales commissions or other affiliate marketing payments that are issued in error, regardless of the reason for payment.

​

We may refuse to affiliate market with you at any time if we have concerns about your affiliate marketing activities as they relate to this affiliate agreement or affiliates in general. We may also choose not to affiliate market with you if we find affiliate marketing activities that are in violation of our affiliate terms and conditions.
