To review products in Local Australian or New Zealand currency, the Customer in main page can change currency. Shipping and Risks
Minus 417 will add courier and handling fees to your order. Unless otherwise noted, Minus 417 will use a courier to deliver products within a reasonable time after receipt of your properly completed order. The delivery time is mere speculation Minus 417 is not responsible for it. You understand that product availability may be limited and particular products may not be available for delivery, in which case the products will be delivered when they become available. If your order will be delayed (either from the date specified at the time of order or, if no date was specified, beyond 30 days from the date of your order, Minus 417 will try to contact you. If Minus 417 cannot contact you or you no longer wish to receive the item, Minus 417 will cancel the order and promptly refund the amount tendered and will do so within 14 business days if made using a third-party credit card, such as a Visa or Mastercard. Return Policy
Minus 417 will refund your payment when your product is timely returned or canceled, and within 30 business days of our receipt of the returned product if purchased using third-party credit company, and only if the product is unused and undamaged condition. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as prohibiting Minus 417 from pursuing any other remedies available.
No delay by Minus 417 in exercising any right or remedy under this agreement shall operate as a waiver of that right or remedy or shall affect Minus 417’s ability to subsequently exercise that right or remedy. Any waiver must be agreed to by Minus 417 in writing.
Termination of Website
You accept and agree that Minus 417 may, without prior notice, in its sole decision, and at any time, terminate or suspend its operation of the Website or your use of the Website, for any reason that Minus 417, deems appropriate, and Minus 417 will not be liable to you or to any third party for the consequences of such termination or suspension.

Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Sunday through Thursday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed on holidays or weekends will be processed the following business day.
Orders with Standard Service are processed within 1-2 business days.

Order Cancellations
If you would like to cancel an online order after it has been placed, please contact us by phone at marketplace@minus417.com.au within one hour of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Once an order is processing, we regret that it cannot be changed or canceled. Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled for various reasons. Some reasons are:

• An issue of processing payment information
• An issue with the address provided
• A mistake of duplicate order which was placed
• By customer request
• Promotion has ended
• Purchase limits have been exceeded
